your out of the range, but there allways is still a chance. mines strait in the center, never had a probelm, you never know. if there gonna go out, it will usually be 50-75k miles

Quite new here myself, but the biggest things I found when researching, was the oil pump and front drive shaft. The stock front driveshaft should be replaced ASAP if it does not have the greasable double cardon u-joints on it. They are prone to fail and take big chunks of expensive stuff out when they do. I've got to order a replacement myself. I believe a fellow named Tom Woods puts together a nice updated drive shaft for the DII. Not sure of the best way to get in touch with him is though. Maybe someone else here can chime in and point us in the right direction.
Nitetrain- I agree with you 100%. At 1st i was unsure what i needed and how to do it, and I was gonna do the Tom Woods drive shaft but then I talked to Disco Mike and he convinced me i could do it myself...
