2003 disco II window failure

I had the exact same problem although passenger side as it's right hand drive. Swapped out the BCU and it fix it. Problem returned so I've wired both windows together.

On my Disco 2 I took the door panel off and unplugged the window motor and then replugged it. The problem solved the window works great for now.
