had to type that all out... There are 31 frames of data there. the negative frames are the pre scan ones idling. Frames 0-3 are idling. Frames 4-6 are light throttle. Frames 7-11 are idling. Frames 12-15 are light throttle. Frames 16-18 are idling. Frames 19-21 are wide open. Frame 22 appears to be idling. Frames 23-24 are light throttle. and finally frame 25 is idling.
A couple things that jump out, the intake air temp stays the same all the time. That's part of the MAF assembly. The MAF readings don't seem to change much either and the fuel trims are way negative. So it's definitely running rich.
The IAT should come up quite a bit after the engine has been running for a while. What are the IAT and MAF readings if you unplug the MAF?

Those MAF readings look out of whack. A bad MAF sensor could certainly cause problems like this. It looks like your scan tool doesn't have a MAP sensor reading? That would help a lot! I wonder if it has something wrong with it. I know that a lot of vehicles will run when the MAF is unplugged, but won't run with the MAP unplugged. Those two sensors are what the computer uses to calculate incoming air.
If the MAP is reporting an incorrect reading, the computer will think there's a drop in vacuum and start adding fuel to make up for incoming air that doesn't exist.
One thing you could try, is find the signal wire on the MAP sensor and backprobe it while it's plugged in. Then you can test it with a multi meter and see what the readings are with just the key on, with the engine running and when you open the throttle. If the voltage doesn't change, it's no good.
Now that I think of it, you could also just unplug the MAP and MAF sensors, then turn the key on and make sure you have 5v on one of the MAP sensor wires. The MAF connector will usually have a 12v supply for the hot wires and one 5v wire for the signal. I think, on the Rover, with the intake temp sensor built in, you will probably have a second 5v reference wire.

Ok. Where is the map is it the one right behind the ac compressor? O don't have a reading for that. When the scanner fires up, before it gives me any data, it says: Not all I/M monitor tests are complete.
Honestly, I've never looked for a MAP sensor on mine. I'm also a couple hundred miles away from my truck right now. So that doesn't help!

The I/M monitors are Inspection/Maintenance monitors. They're tests the ECU runs on different systems. It's just telling you that not all of them have been run since the codes have been cleared. Some are continuously monitored and some only run when certain conditions are met.
