Default 2004 disco 2 . steering part diagnose/identify/fix?

need help identifying this part and what I need to do to fix it. it leaking at the top bolt. was doing that when I bought it. now I have time to fix. 2004 discovery 2 se

That part is the steering box. There's a bleed screw with a black rubber cap( you can see it good in 2nd pic) that may not be seated fully. I would check that and the 4 bolts on top for tightness first. If thats not it, i believe they do sell seal kits, but from what I have heard on here, can be a pita to do.
