See, mine are programmed differently. I only have the main fob, and the aforementioned "homemade" key. If I crank mine with either key, and then lock the doors manually from the outside, it locks all doors. When I press unlock on my fob, it unlocks all doors, all the time. Could just be a programming thing. Depends on which feature is more important to you, and whether or not your willing to pay your local roverdealer to reprogram your locks.

ORIGINAL: Night Train

I have one "fob" key and one "valet" key they both do everything (except the start and lock we are discussing)

Fob = unlock once, only the drivers side unlocks, unlock twice all other doors unlock after drivers side, lock once it locks them all, lock twice its super locked

Valet = turn towards rear once unlocks drivers side only, turn twice towards rear unlocks all, turn towards front once locks them all and turn towards front twice super locks it

and yes when i drive away the auto locks actuate for all doors

Robert

what do you mean by "super Locked"????!?!?!?!??!?!?!

Super locked is just that. If you tap the lock button on your remote twice, it will lock the doors in such a way that they cannot be opened manually even from the inside. It is basically a security feature that impedes somebody from breaking into your truck even if they break out a window. I haven't tried it, but I assume this also protects the locks from being slim jimmed, as even pulling up on the interior lock stalk will not unlock the door. Hence, the doors are "super locked", meaning that they are more locked than they normally are.

I figured it out, I have some how enabled single point entry. Now my question is how do I disable it?
