Default 2004 Discovery engine disabled

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2004 SE7 with 100k miles on it. The anti theft system has disabled the engine several times in the past but if I waited a few hours the thing always started. This time it seems to be more permanent. Have tried every remedy I could find on this site and others with no luck. The weird thing is it never locks me out of the truck like many other fellow sufferers of this problem. Just a dead ignition switch when trying to start. Battery is less than a year old and charged. Key fob locks and unlocks doors no problem. Land Rover dealer absolutely no help. Think Ill look at the door latches next but after that no idea unless someone out there wants to buy a great parts car!

The actual ignition switch itself has been known to fail it's basically the same part found in RRC/D1's. Also the fuse block under the dash (where the ignition plugs into) can fail if it gets wet from a leaking windshield or sunroof, causing a no start problem as well.
