These lights have been on for about 4yrs now, no breaking issues, No squeaking, for the 1st time 5 yrs I caved & went OEM pads after experimenting with all kinds of pads. had sensors cleaned once b4 about a yr ago. I have apersonal mech that read the codes when he did head gasket change out buit dont remember what the results were. Gonna do it again in a few weeks. Heres why I ask. Personally they dont bug me, but due to recent tropical storm issue & flooding
Insurance is gonna take care of things on the old rover ifg u get my drift, so I was just wondering if i should just replace & move on instead of ex[perimenting. WIll have code s read again & see what results are & go from thre. no real issues w/ truck @ 117k, gonna replace actuators, & address the u joint deal so while I was at it, i figured id tackle the 3 amigos

Mike....I'm starting to get the pulsating when braking over a rough surface. The three guys have been popping up a lot lately. It's becoming a morning ritual, so I just say hello and continue on with my day until the drive home.....
Sounds like a bad shuttle valve or the connection inside the modulator circuit board is bad. There are shuttle valve kits that have low fix rates as far as I can tell. There is a modulator repair that you can DIY that has a high fix rate. You probably will not find someone to do it for you though.
If you go to a dealer they will smile and a $ sign will appear in each eye and they will tell you that you need a new modulator.

Get the codes read. If it is ANYTHING to do with the shuttle valves refer to the 1st sticky in the Discovery section... It is something VERY easy to do. (OPTION B in the write-up)
