Hi, I have never come across reman or refurbed modulators even in the UK, probably due to the legal liabilities involved should they fail. WABCO will not sell directly to the general public for them to refurb their own, I've tried that. Landrover do sell WABCO repair kits at eye watering prices. There are many 'used' modulators for sale, typically on Ebay, but what one is buying is anyones guess. I'm not 100% sure but it's either an LR repair kit or a totally new modulator for which you need a mortgage to buy as it costs nearly as much as many D2's are worth. There are shuttle valve switch repair kits sold but this is a minor part if the modulator is worn or scrap. You could try Falconworks as they sell some parts office@falconworks.net

Sorry I can't be more helpful or upbeat but someone else may know different.

PS. The Hummer modulator is, I believe, the same modulator.
