Default 3 Amigos after hub repair

Before I began my hub assembly repair work on the driver side front, my truck had no warning lights on the dash. After I completed the hub replacement, I have the 3 amigos + parking brake light on dash. It was a very smooth hub fix with no issues. Truck is running great. The truck was throwing a shuttle valve error code before the hub work with no lights on dash. Still throwing the code after hub work. Recently had all the ABS sensors replaced. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

What codes are you getting now? Besides shuttle valve code you were already getting.

Now I’m getting 0440 front left sensor output low and 0840 left sensor signal erratic.

Well, lesson learned. I realized I never cleared any codes after the hub work. I cleared all existing ABS codes and drove around for a bit. Tested again and 3 amigos are no mas!

Glad to hear your good news. But for posterity's sake, very often the cause of ABS sensor codes is the connector between the sensor and the wiring harness.

Best4x4 likes to cut out the connector entirely and replace it with 3M-style heat shrink butt connectors. I've had good luck pulling the connector apart and using needle nose pliers to slightly crimp the recesses on the female side to improve the connection. For others with sensor codes I'd try that first, and if that doesn't work splice the wires with butt connectors.
