3rd Row Head Rest Keeps Falling...Any Way to Tighten it Up?
Have an 2001 SE7 and the 3rd Row Seating Head Rest on the Drivers Side keeps falling every time I go over a big bump.
Any suggestions on how to tighten it or secure it so it doesn't fall every time I go over a big bump which is every day?

The head rests have a plastic latch which locks it into vertical or horizontal position. It looks like the latch mechanism may not be working. Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with fixing this specific problem. Here is the the installation manual. Pictures # 53 to 61 may be useful reference. Good luck!
