Default 4.6 rebuild, smog concerns

In the middle of an engine rebuild and I'm considering a Crower performance Cam.

Anybody know if this will effect my ability to pass smog here in CA?

Thank you in advance.

No mention on the website. I'm guessing it won't pass.
