Default A couple of concerns....

Hey everyone, I've got just a couuple concerns for you all...

1. At around 30 mph, I get a high pitched whine and the faster I go it gets higher and higher pitched...

2. I've mentioned this one before, but not got alot of response on it. Whenever I turn on my A/C, i hear a belt noise.. it's not a squeak, but.. just it's a noise..when the A/C is on, at idle it revs around 600rpms.
now, when I don't have the A/C on, it revs around 500rpms, no sound.. but.. if I push the accelerator to around 600rpms, I get the same noise. and it only is constant between 600-700rpms.

3. I don't think my A/C is blowing at top speed.. is there anyway to test it? It's blowing wonderfully cold air, just not very fast...

...lasttt one!... How am I supposed to keep the sunroof drains unclogged??... well.. first off, how do I unclog them?!... I've heard of blowing air, but...how???...

Thank you!!!!!!

1 Check your front driveshaft for grease fittings. If you don't have them, get it re-built. If you do have them, lube it and see if it helps.

2 What does the noise sound like? can you post a clip of it?

3.If you find out anything, let me know. I feel like mine isn't blowing hard enough as well. I have take the fan out and cleaned it, but still feels like it could blow more...

4. I don't have sunroofs, but in previous cars, just take an air nozzle and blow down the drains with the air.

I had problems with the air pressure of my A/C as well... I fixed it though by "snaking" the whole air duct, cleaning the fan, and making sure the fresh-air intake was clear... blows cold and strong now

hope that helps

not sure where that would be on a 2003, but the fan should be under the dash on the passenger side... then again, I'm not sure if there is one or two fans on the '03. either way, when you remove the fan, use a plumber snake the go through all the ducting to see it theres and blockages, the just remove them... it was pretty easy in my case (one fan - dirty, one clogged duct).

oh, and when unclogging blockages, be sure to remove the the dash vents so that what ever you've broken loose in there can fly out freely
