Default 4.6L Operating Temperature

I wanted to know what is the factory spec of the Bosch 4.6 engine operating temperature?

I recently installed a Motorad 439-180 thermostat and currently reading in 35° to 60° weather in Las Vegas:
Driving:195° to 198°
City idle: 200° to 202°
Off Road: 200° to 206°

Pre-thermostat change, I was average about 210° to 220°.

Those were about the temps I would get with the motorad in 60+ weather with a D2 4.6.

Switched to the OEM 180 at the end of fall. Am getting 183-195 since, but that is all in north winter weather.

I'm usually 188.6-194/195 in 60+ weather. Sometime 198-201 in very hot summer temperatures.

I have the the Land Rover TD5 T-Stat and my ambient temps are about 70 to 80 degrees at any given moment and I get about 186.8 to 190.4 on the highway and 194 to 201.2 in traffic, and maybe 203 if its extra bad.

The Motorad is the white version.

The genuine Land Rover version is gray: THERMOSTAT ASSY DII & FREELANDER 180 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT, PEL500110, RNQ028 - Rovers North - Classic Land Rover Parts

Only is the part number has a "G" suffix which denotes "genuine". Otherwise, it is probably the Motorad (white) version rather than the Land Rover (gray) version.
