Default 40A fuse keeps blowing

Guys, I own a 2004 SE7 that keeps blowing its 40A fuse. Yesterday I got a CEL Code 130 so went to the auto store and purchased a new O2 sensor Bosh #15175. Replaced it in Bank 1 and all was working great till this morning. Now My CEL came on once again with Code 150 and when I checked the fuse under the hood the 40A fuse was blown again. What can be causing this? All four O2 sensors were replaced 2 months ago because I got 152K on the the truck and I thought it would be a good idea. Now just 3 weeks ago the small plastic line that runs over the throttle body broke and sprayed coolant everywhere. Could coolant spilling on the front O2 Sensors have ruined them? I looked at the plug in part of the O2 sensor that was removed yesterday and it does look like it burnt up. Thanks in advance.

Coolant on the outside of the O2 sensors will probably not ruin them.

The fuse and the coolant leak are probably not related.

Do you know what a fuse is for?? If you don't want to burn a wire harness you might want to stop replacing it and go to a good mechanic.
As for the 02's, if you are near pr over 100,000 miles, you should replace both fronts at the same time using electric contact cleaner and die electric to prevent oil getting into the connection.

The fuse that keeps blowing is Fuse #5 Labeled for Cooling Fans. What could cause this things from blowing every time? The crazy thing is that I had 1 CEL code yesterday and that was P0130. Now after the O2 sensor was replaced I have a totally different one referring to bank two now.
