Hate to say it, but we never had any of them and may not be able to help you.
What is the compression, fuel pressure, timing? Have you checked your timing chain and gears, ECU may have failed. It is really hard to say.
Let us know what you find.

I am assuming that you have replaced the cap and rotor.
Checked your ignition timing and double checked your spark plug wire routing.
Are your injectors working?
You have good compression, good spark, good fuel pressure at the fuel rail BUT what about the injectors?
That is what I am leaning towards.
A engine is a engine is a engine, does not matter what year/size/place in the world...fuel, spark, air...she will run.

Spray some starting fluid into the air intake and try and start it, will it run off of the either?
