Red face 94 Disco Wont turn over

I have 1994 Disco V8 it recently has been sitting crying wanting help. I can not get it to turn over she will crank but not turn over. I have checked:
have fuel pressure
have spark
have compression
have power
also recently did full tune up (spark plugs & wires, cap, oil change whole nine yards was going to drive cross country with it but broke down 6 miles from town)
I do not know where else to go from here?..... if you have any questions for me just email me for quick response I get that on my phone but not this forum. I would really like to figure this out so I can go back to being a two car family hard when both work and i go to school too ty

Be more specific, how many miles on it, what is the fuel pressure, what is the compression and have you checked the timing and distributor. You say it has been sitting along time, has your gas gone stale?

How long has it sat?
I agree with Mike, if it has sat for more than 3 months your gas is bad, gas goes stale in less than 30 days, looses all potency after 3 months and is no better than water after a year.

Do not know specifics but spent a lot of money at shop to find out a whole lotta nothing.
120,000 miles
did not jump timing
distributor is fine tested fuel pressure by fuel rail and it shot out not dribbled out
compression test was done by shop also
had the radiator and all components hoses etc. changed.
the motor also was checked for cracked heads and blown head gaskets(none)
the Disco sat for about a year but ran after that and took to shop to do tune up added fresh fuel, octane booster, and fuel stablizer to it to try and run out bad gas before shop visit then after we left the shop is when it broke down and has not started since was driving about 65 down highway lost accleration can dropping speed gave it gas and it kept bogging down it turned off and would not restart

the bogging down part was probably your crank shaft sensor, going. i'd check there, it's a common problem.
