went to get in my truck today and tried the remote, nothing happened, the light on the remote went on but nothing happened, thought it was the remote and tried my other remote same thing, nothing, can use the key but why have a remote if it doesn't work. hope this is an easy fix, any suggestions? thanks

 

So are you saying that the truck would not unlock, could you start the truck or has the alarm shut down the ignition system?
