oh you have another one of those. a common problem. the window regulator needs to be replaced. It can be a diy thing if you have the tools, time. there is a step by step thing in the manual. there is also one on the forum, in the FAQ section. I have heard of the regulator being repaired, but have not found where. the parts can be ordered from roversnorth. The biggest thing is, that it is difficult place to work and is a pain. a friend and a cold one would be of help. the friend would be some one to share the misery. If you do this make sure that you protect the window. I used duct tape, others have used different ways the idea is to get it out of the way so you can remove the regulator. an upholestry tool is a good thing to have. again get the window up and secure it. hope it helps. I have done 2 of them. gottta love a rover. duboff

I believe this is a common problem... plastic piece breaks, window gets all crooked, and won't roll up. Get them all replaced if you can as they seem to fail in unison. Cheap part and fix if it's that simple. Good luck.
