My '98 Disco didn't come with a remote when I got it, and I am getting tired of using the key in the drivers door to lock and unlock the vehicle. Which remote (one button or two) does the '98 take?

Also there are instructions in the service manual I have (got the CD) to program the key fobs, but I have heard that those are only for the '96 and earlier models. Can I program the remotes for a '98, or do they have to go to the dealer?
