Default (98) Plastic pieces on the side of bumpers

If I could obtain one of the plastic pieces that is seperate from the metal portion of the bumper how easy would it be to put on? I am fairly handy and good with these type things, but for expert out there is it that bad to attach?

Thanks, thats what I figured, I had done this on my old jeep cherokee twice and it was an easy fix. Follow up, do you think the best option would be to call around to local salvage yards?
