I have searched everywhere trying to find out what the two light green wires are that are spliced into the Green/Brown and Green/Yellow wires on connectors 052 and 0156. They are Y'd into these two wires and I can't find the other ends.

The previous owner relocated the coils onto the fire wall and cut these two wires. I am having some issues with power during acceleration and I would like to reconnect these prior to wasting a bunch of time troubleshooting.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

On the schematic, those two wires from the coil packs go back to a single fuse on the inside fuse panel. Plus battery when ignition is hot. I have no idea what else he may have added, it does not show on power distribution drawings either. You could ohm them and see it if there is a load on them.

Your performance issues may not be related to this, as long as good 12 volts supplied to coils.

 

Thanks for the reply. No info on the green wires anywhere. I did find one of the problems. The gasket on the fuel pump was down around the stainless steel straps. I reinstalled it correctly and the power issue mostly went away. I think I may need to do a little more testing on the MAF.
