thanks you guys have been alot of help, if i get this thing up and going with just a fluid and filter change i should be on the road for just shy of $800 bucks in it

The good thing about the 99D1 is Rover tended to throw every option on them to get them to sell. Mostly just lamp guards and stuff, but they cost $$ too...
