You removed the stock cradle to fit the new guard, right?

And customer service has nothing to do with Terrafirma, that's dependent on the company you buy it from

yep, stock cradle removed.

terrafirmas customer service im refering too... lucky 8 i emailed too about the steering damper months back, never sent a replacement clamp.

I wouldn't call Terrafirma for customer service, they barely have enough time to sell the products. If it's Lucky8 just keep bugging Erik until he sends the stuff to you.

Hell pick up the phone and call them nothing wrong with a phone call. They usually always answer and have always made things right with me.
