Default ABS Amigo codes

I have had infrequent, intermittent three amigos over the past couple of months. I finally bought an ABS Amigo and read the codes:

1.--Current Faults---->
Active Faults:
114:Shuttle Valve Electric Failure
Logged Faults:
040:Pump relay open circuit
065:Rear Left sensor electric fail
067:Rear Right sensor electric fail
114:Shuttle Valve Electric Failure
<-END Faults
------------------------------------------------------------
..--Previous Faults--->
Active Faults:
064:Front Right sensor electric fail
Logged Faults:
None
<-END Faults
------------------------------------------------------------
..--Previous Faults--->
Active Faults:
064:Front Right sensor electric fail
Logged Faults:
None
<-END Faults
------------------------------------------------------------

My first dumb question: Are the "sensor electric fail" faults associated with the O2 sensors? If so, I'm guessing that these are associated with the recent replacement of my O2 sensors...

If that is the case, looks like I have to deal with the shuttle valve electric failure and pump relay open circuit. For the former, is that the fix described in the ABS modulator write up? What about pump relay code?

Any input is appreciated.

Default Disco blew up!

Geez, what's up? Figured with some good analytics I'd have at least three or four people weighing in... I'm also having an issue with the driver's side door lock. If this is a less intimidating problem, please help me out here as well!

I apologise in advance for the abbreviated reply...long day at work, and am already several beers to the wind.

The sensor fail faults have nothing to do with O2 sensors. The are talking about the ABS sensors at each wheel. O2 sensor faults would toggle the check engine light, not the Amigos.

I Googled "rover discovery abs code 040" and the first page suggestion was http://www.rswsolutions.com/index.ph...d=38&Itemid=65.

The 114 code is covered by Josh's fix in the sticky at the top of the D2 forum, which I used and made a few additions to when I did it earlier this year.

From that site: http://www.rswsolutions.com/index.ph...odes&Itemid=65

You might want to send me your number, this may take a little talking time to get you thru it.

Default Thanks to both of you.

Thanks. Mike - I will send you my number. I will be out of town most of the week so I probably won't look into this until next weekend.

One other related question. The RAVE manual says that the ABS sensors are supplied "fitted to the wheel hub" and must not be removed. I noticed some replacement sensors for sale. So, how are these sensors replaced?

At any rate, if there are any recommendations on what I should have on hand prior to tackling this project (new shuttle valve seals, etc.), please let me know.

They can be removed and cleaned with out any harm, make sure the rubber seal is intack, clean and not cracked and you will be fine.
