ABS Amigo Data interpretation
happens to every d2 owner. just get the shuttle valve kit from falconworks, rewire that ground, bleed your brakes and good to go.
its not bad really. you can do anything on these trucks. just take your time and mark the parts you take off especially nuts and bolts you remove. so you know how they go back.
OK this is what I have for the 2nd time scanning !!!
When I scanned it 1st (top of this thread) there were faults and ABS Amigo turned them off have not come back in 3 days. I just ran that again and looks like it's gone!!!!
Any explanation?

I decided to invest on tool and bought the darn thing since no one around here had one. I figured I don't want to see a dealer or one of those shady Auto shop. I also went ahead and bought a OBDII.
i found with warmer weather, my 3amigo wouldnt trip for sometimes days on end. once it got cooler, they visited everytime i cycled the key.
the fact that yours hasnt shown up in a couple days, isnt new

My one has some interesting history. Had a wrack, got hit hard on the right and the body shop never fixed the torn sensor cable. 3 Amigo was on for the 1st time. There was no other issue before. I went ahead and fixed with metal connectors cable whiling waiting for my new one to arrive. So I figured it's the sensor.
Here is the 1st reading with ABS Amigo - light was turned off

My question is is it possible the 1st reading was what was in the memory after the accident? once I repair the cable and ABS Amigo reset the lights and everything is working now!
Am I doing something wrong may be? I am just scanning with the ignition key on the II position.

Ohhhhh, those codes were stored when you read them. Its possible they were old codes. But i would still get a new speed sensor and do that wiring repair. You are gonna have to do the wiring repair at one point or another. The speed sensor, you'd be crazy not to replce that.
I just got my new sensor. I will do the sensor as soon as I get a chance.
The Truck was sitting in family garage for over 3 years and has 45k miles on it. Nothing was done except regular oil change, tire and battery! I need to do some maintenance work.
1. Flush the Brake fluid
2. Need to do the front shaft
3. Not sure if I need to grease under???? I have no clue.
4. Not sure if I need to flush the Tranny, differential fluid etc.
I see you have the same year Disco!
