Im 99 percejt sure that's a shuttle valve electrical fault. The shuttle valve is in the bottom of the abs module. There are some videos and forum threads on how to fix it. You just need a 10mm socket, an Allen wrench set, a little wire, and a way to solder. Oh, and a board. Yeah, a board. It is not a difficult fix.

Or you could buy a new shuttle valve, but you would still have to have all of those tools except the soldering iron.

Here is a link to a list of DII ABS fault codes at the RSW Solutions web site. (RSW Solutions is the maker of the ABS Amigo.)

It shows that 66 is Front Left Sensor Electric Fail. No 134 fault is listed. Shuttle Valve Electrical Failure is 114.

Thanks, guys.
Fault codes were read with a Snap-on tool at an European-only shop, yielding the 66 and 134.
Previously, at the same shop, it was examined by another brand tool yielding descriptions but no code numbers.
This Wabco hermetism on their products is producing uncertainty to rely on anything. Code lists published by others on the web do not smell accurate.
I have measured the resistance of the shuttle valve and its action when engaged and complies perfectly with specifications, telling it is healthy. ¿?

Ah, sorry. I fixed my ABS last night but my scanner doesn't give me the codes... it just tells me what's wrong.

I had spliced my front abs sensors and the splice wasn't good, so I spliced them again and it worked. Also, I've done the option B shuttle valve mod. So it has been awhile since I saw the actual codes.

I know what WABCO is but I don't know what Wabco hermetism is. I also don't know what "others" you speak of but if you mean the RSW code list does not smell accurate please explain why. RSW has been a go-to source for DII owners for years.

That does indicate the shuttle valves switches are healthy (not the shuttle valves themselves). You should also inspect for brake fluid on the switches if you have them out of the modulator.

The shuttle valve switches can be healthy, but if you had a 114 fault code it would indicate that most likely the problem would be with a small circuit board inside the modulator that is a common failure.

That failure is cured reliably by performing the Option B circuit bypass that is well known on this and other Rover forums. Full ABS function is restored and retained. So called "reliable" Rover parts vendors will gladly sell you new shuttle valves switches that will do nothing to address the problem.

But you don't have a 114 fault code. You have a 66 which indicates Front Left Sensor Electric Fail. If I were you I would be looking at addressing that first.
