ABS Modulator Mod - No Volts
I've asked this a few other places as well, but still no answer. I assume you experts will get me pointed in the right direction.
Background = 11,4 ABS SVS Fault...replaced seals and was attempting Option B from the sticky above.
I got to step 40 of Option B (ABS Mod - LAND ROVER CLUB V.I.) - test connections. I'm getting 0.00. I cut my modified plug off and tested the bare wires - still 0.00.
Is this the root cause of my fault? Is it time for me to buy ABS Modulator Shuttle Valve Switch (Part # SWO500030) - Land Rover hydraulics from Atlantic British and then carry on?
Or am I doing something wrong and should I try soldering again and testing one more time?
(note: this was the first soldering I've done since my PlayStation mod about 20 years ago - so my first guess was user error, until the bare wires also showed 0.00)
Thanks in advance.

Make sure you have your meter set correctly. Also the shuttle valve wires have a tendency to erode when exposed to brake fluid. If you have gone this far, you might as well replace the Shuttle Valves.
Ironically, I have the exact same multimeter as the one in the pictures doing the project...otherwise I would have guessed that was the problem too - but it's set the same way as the one in the pics.
I did end up buying the part. You're right - may as well for $74. I'd prefer to not take the ABS out a 2nd time...hell I'm lucky I even got the multimeter. That's normally the step I skip ("check voltage") and I assume it will work. I would have been pretty pissed had I gone all the way through to reinstall and found out it still Amigo'd.
Thanks!

Either if you did the repair succesfully or not, the 3 amigos will stay on until cleared by a suitable tool. So there is a chance the repair went well. Do not be misled and end working twice... or more.
I have the amigo, which is what told me to go after the svs.
