So first, go get your codes read, why do you think they call the check engine light an idiot light?
Be more specific, what lights are on and which are flashing and when?

get the check engine codes read for free at a auto zone or similar and bring the 4 digit codes back to us so we can help you. The TC, ABS and HDC lights are nicknamed 3 amigos. It is an ABS related issue. You need a special code reader to read those Auto Zone will not be able to read them. do a search for 3 amigos on here.

By the way, the 3 Amigo scanner is currently on a group buy price of $159, might want to take advantage of it cause a shop will charge you mare then that to read the codes then clear them after your repair.

I just had the 3 Amigos pop up the other day and ordered the scanner on sale. I've had them a couple of times before but they always went away on restart - not this time. The tool will reset the system and give you the codes so you know what needs replacing or fixing.

You can also get a regular OBD II scanner for around $20 from just about any auto parts store. Sure, it doesn't talk to you, have a 5 line "plain English" text display or connect to the internet but all you really need are the code numbers to look up in the book and the Check Engine Light reset function. I picked that up when my Service Engine Soon light came on and it gave me a code that said Bank 1 Fwd O2 sensor was bad. You can also use it in any other vehicles you have.

Three amigos may come and go until the issue is resolved. The abs is disabled when the TC, ABS, Hill Descent lights are on. Otherwise the brakes wil function normally.

I can vouch for RSW Amigo. The device records and clears stored and active faults and clears the code. The device connects to your computer and you can view and print out the report.

The more pressing issue is the CEL which you can get read at no cost.

those are your check engine light codes, not your 3 amigo codes. you need a new MAF sensor. then go get your ABS codes read or go buy the RSW amgio
