Default Ac compressor seized or clutch failure?

Sitting at a light and a squeal started under the hood. Turned off the AC and it went away. Looked at the belt and appears ok so nothing completely locked up.

Trying to determine if it's clutch or compressor because if it was compressor I should probably change the condenser due to metal fragments.

Can anyone advice how to tell what happened?

Look for red around pulley like it overheated.....also take belt off and rotate ac compressor pulley. While belt off check other pulleys
