I realize this is your first post, have you tried a search or checked your owners manual prior to asking?

If you dont have a owners manual go to www.atlanticbritish.com, tech tips, left side of the home page.
Print that page and stick it in your glove box.

I ran into an interesting one the othe day while driving the rover (2004 D2).... had the passenger temp turned up to 68 F and the Driver side temp at 64F. The passengers was pretty cold, and the Drivers was hot. (read - not 64). I screwed around with moving them up and down, and turns out the driver side is always about 20 degrees warmer than the passenger, regardless of what the temp says on the display. I have flushed the coolant system, and DID bleed it with the bleed screw (And rechecked a couple times to verify there was no air in the system).

Never had any issues with overheating, etc., temp rock solid right in the middle as always... and the car was well warmed up...

Any ideas on this?

Your passenger blend door is probally stuck and wont let enough air in.
Is the fan as strong on that side as the drivers side?

Beat the dash with your fist.

any other suggestions for unsticking the passenger blend door, pounding with a fist aside? Tried that, no luck.... alternatively, anyone know where its located? and I can start to look at it that way?

Thanks
