Does anyone know how easy it would be to add a homelink control center to my 01 discovery?

I added one to mine. I found a seller on Ebay selling just the homlink unit. Just pop out the cover on the overhead console and all the electrical connections are there.

This guy's selling something similar, but the whole console, not just the homelink.

 

Maybe I've forgotten something and had it added, but I dont think so. If I remember correctly homelink is already there in the '01s, at least SEs. Are there buttons on the bottom of your mirror?

 

This is a little off topic but its in hte same area, Do they have this type of mirror (auto diming with compas) for a Land Rover Disco 1? Or is it just the Auto Dimming feature, I would love a compass on my mirror as I have to do a lot of travling off road durning the weekends
