I own a 2004 DII S. It currently does not have the fog lights but I would like to add them. The dealer says that the sub-bumper already has the cutouts for the lights and all I have to do is order the exterior corner trim for each side. I will also have to have the light switch wired on the dash. How easy of a chore is this?

Is there a spot on the dash for the fog light OEM switch?

I would not go with the OEM fog lights, you can get better lights now.

I like PIAA lights they come in a kit for $175 to $350.

 

Yes, there is space on the dash for the switch. My only concern is wiring the lights. The dealer says I have to get another wiring harness. I might just bypass and wire directly.
