When mine popped up, I went ahead and cleaned all wheel sensors, and no luck. I ordered the kit to replace shuttle valves in ABS modulator, read jycsalas mod page, and 30 minutes later, no more Amigos!!

10K miles later and still none. The kit was about $75.00 shipped to my door, and took around 30 minutes to install. One of my shuttle valves was bad, and IMHO, for $75.00, its not worth the time screwing around with continuity testers and the like. They're gonna fail, so if you are taking the time to get under there, just replace them. roverparts.com has the kit. Well, well worth the money.

Best of luck!

If the valves fail, it is because of some o-ring failures that then get the shuttle valve wet and take them out. For those of you who will be doing this buy the new redesigned kit from Falcon works in Tuscon, they are the only ones that sell the needed seals also so it won't fail again.

Looks like I might be doing this as well... Just started getting them every once in a while, but they don't stay on every time im in the truck. Good to know Falcon works has the proper seals to prevent me from dealing with this again...

Default Got the fault codes

Ok I got the fault codes and I will include them in this response. It looks like my first guess of the front right sensor was right. So I will be ordering the speed sensor.
1.--Current Faults---->
Active Faults:
None
Logged Faults:
None
<-END Faults
------------------------------------------------------------
* *
------------------------------------------------------------
..--Previous Faults--->
Active Faults:
None
Logged Faults:
064:Front Right sensor electric fail
Front Right Sensor Bad Output
<-END Faults
------------------------------------------------------------
* *
------------------------------------------------------------
..--Previous Faults--->
Active Faults:
None
Logged Faults:
114:Shuttle Valve Electric Failure
<-END Faults

It is kind of confusing because it is saying Active faults None and Logged faults None then it gives me previous faults however all the lights are still lit since it happened. My first question? I know I need to replace the speed sensor so does the second fault 114: Shuttle Valve Electric Failure mean that it had lost its ground or does the shuttle valve need the work done? Or does replacing the speed sensor take care of both problems?

if you have not taken care of the shuttle valve fault you will need to. it will come back. the ABS sensor fault has nothing to do with the shuttle valva fault. you need to address both individually

I am thinking the same thing. I cleaned the undercarriage twice since the lights came on and am thinking maybe I cleaned the mud off of the speed sensor from going hunting last week. I just went back out and the lights are out. So I went out and tested TC it worked perfect. Hit the brakes hard and the ABS worked perfect, no more front right locking up. Tested the HDC worked perfectly. Then drove back home and the lights never came back on. Is it possible that by cleaning it the sensor started working and the lights would not clear until I pulled the codes?

OK....So this is a common problem with rovers. Since the Hill Descent Control, Traction Control and ABS system all work in concert if part of the system goes then you will usually get all three lights lit on your dash. So, my question to you is do you have those three lights lit on your dash.......nicknamed the 3 Amigos!
