After 94,000 finally got the dreaded 3 amigos
I am thinking the same thing. I cleaned the undercarriage twice since the lights came on and am thinking maybe I cleaned the mud off of the speed sensor from going hunting last week. I just went back out and the lights are out. So I went out and tested TC it worked perfect. Hit the brakes hard and the ABS worked perfect, no more front right locking up. Tested the HDC worked perfectly. Then drove back home and the lights never came back on. Is it possible that by cleaning it the sensor started working and the lights would not clear until I pulled the codes?
see your other post for my reply.
Ok guys I have purchased the new sensor. Installed it into the hub making sure that the o-ring was seated prior to inserting the sensor and put thread lock on the screw. When I got the sensor LR is saying they have upgraded the connection to bypass the plug on the wheel well and wire directly to the SLABS ECU. Well I got the plug out of the slabs and pulled the little plastic peice out of the side of the plug but try as I might I cannot get the two connectors out of the plug. I have tried a pin down beside the connector and still could not get them out. So I left about 4" of wire coming out of the connectors in the plug and soldered the wires together. So now instead of getting the RH sensor bad output I am now getting RH sensor Low Output. If someone could please tell me what the trick is to removing those connectors in the plug I will wire directly to the plug because for some reason the system does not like a soldered connection. SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE THE CONNECTORS IN THE PLUG THAT PLUGS INTO THE SLABS ECU!!!!
