Aftermarket Bumper(s): do I need to adjust suspension?

Resurrecting the dead thread for the rest of us newbies that just joined recently. Good info, guess I'll go suspension before the full ARB.

If I did it again I'd do medium duty 3" in the front, heavy duty 2" in the rear...that ARB bar is heavy and I love a good approach angle.
