I saw a modification to repair the broken spring clips that connect the air cleaner cover to the air mass sensor. I could not find the post, so i will post with picture.
I chose two stainless steel clips from Amazon, and used small stainless bolts and nuts to attach the clips to the housing. I also used a hacksaw blade to cut off the broken tabs that held on the oem spring clips to keep from hitting the clip. Turned out great and much better than oem. I would like to thank the member for this mod, but do not know who to thank.
