I'm thinking of buying this from eBay:

I need a new one because one of my clips is so broken I can see the O-ring and I'd hate to f* up the MAF if it's not sealed properly.

Does this seem like a reasonable price and vendor? I've never bought from BP of Utah (I know their website ordering "system" is somewhat primitive for online standards.)

If not, I'll probably send Paul Grant an email to see if he has one, but that's hit or miss it seems.

I don't think that will fit an 04 (or an 03 either) the diameter of the MAF is larger than the 99-02 ones.

You can get a good used one from many of the used parts vendors on here. Just remind them you want them to check the clips to make sure they are good. This is one place I would not spend the money on a new part.

 

I bought one of their lids for my 04, (not the one you linked to, they have lids for 03/04) for the same reason that one of my clips was broken. Lid fits perfectly and looks OEM.

 

Call roverland parts in Tampa. They should have one kicking around.

 

x2 on the Rover land parts. Just got one from them for $55. Jus tmake sure that you read them the part numbers on your original. They sent me on 02-03 one but fixed issue quickly. Save your O-ring as they don't come with a new one.
