AIR BOX interchange?

I have an 04 disco that has a cold air intake on it from PO. I want to put an air box back in it like factory.

What is the differance between the 99-02 airbox and the 03-04 box?
Just curious if either will work.

03-04 has a larger diameter intake pipe.

Yup, bottoms are the same, it's the lid that's different.
