I then noticed that the housings that the sunroofs set down inside were not touching the roof of the truck. So instead of siliconing between the glass and the housing, I siliconed between the plastic housing and the metal roof. Drastic decrease in the amount of leaks. Now its very seldom it leaks and when it does it not very much at all. I guess I didnt apply enough and need to put some more around them. It used to be like **** out of a boot though!
Just ran out and checked those and they look fine. No obvious gaps. I will have to do some more investigating later on in the week.

Had the exact same leak on my truck. Bottom line in my opinion was the guys that bedded the windshield, did not do it correctly. The compound did not bound to the glass in a 3 inch section on the top center of the windshield, allowing water to come in.
Made sure when I replaced the windshield the second time to tell the guys doing it to make sure they really sealed it well. This one is perfect and I am dry inside!
Not sure if anyone can remove and re-seal the windshield? I would bet they don't want the liability of potentially breaking it during the process...especially a heated windshield.
Wonder if you could remove the top gasket to expose the glass and run a nice bead of some glass sealant across the top of the glass? Windshield place might say yay or nay?
