Hi everybody. How can i get rid of the annoying sound when i open the drivers door.
i tried to grease it and oil it, but nothing. What should i change ? do somebody now the Item code of what to buy ? no other door do this "clack"

Check hinge springs for broken and check catch strap.

 

this things are extremely pricy. on rimmer bros are over 200 pounds. do i have to change both of them ?

 

On my D2 with the same noise, it was the pin that hold the check strap making the noise. If you watch the pin while you open and close the door, you will see movement there. I just hammered the pin further down and it stopped my noise.
