Another D2 cruise control thread
Hello!
I've searched heaps and read the RAVE manual 50 times, and I know that my issue was the vacuum lines, since there wasn't one.
But I'm having some problems, from what I read there should be a switch with a line from the brake pedal the the firewall... I only have this one switch that doesn't appear to have a tip to connect vacuum hose to at all? Are D2's using electric switch instead? Pic:

Also where does it go through the firewall? All I see the the accelerator cable coming through the wall and to the intake, I don't see anywhere on the firewall for the hose to come through..

Finally - There was a piece of vacuum hose dangling from the bottom of the pump... Does this loop back up and connect to the top side of the pump? (RAVE 19.75.05 item 3) OR is item 3 where the brake pedal is supposed to go?
I've looped it as you can see in the blue hose of this pic.. I think thats wrong though.

Ya I got a suggestion for ya... start your own thread and include as much information as possible. Don't hi-jack other peoples thread with your own **** on your first post. Always helps encourage people to take you serious and not shun your threads and posts....
