Another Door lock issue
2004 Disco G4
Knew it neeeded attention when I bought it. So I was proactive and reached out to Will Tillery and ordered a set of used actuators. Well after waiting a year I jumped in today to repair. Removed panel and pulled plug off of drivers side actuator before I went to all the trouble of installing the new (used) actuator I hooked it up. Same thing as the one installed. Light clicking when pushing CDL lock/Unlock (Rears are strong as hell unlock and lock) still getting nothing to front driver/passenger. Quest for knowlege started. . There is a million of these threads with about 2% of useful knowledge. Discovered something about the fure box having built in relays, called a tech friend of mine that works on older Rovers and was told (No) that is rubbish its either the actuator or in the wiring. Im confused as what to check, any help is appreciated! Thanks guys

Which door are troubleshooting and which one do you have spares for? Have you looked at the rave wiring diagram, you can test the actuator by powering the correct pins. Been a hot minute since I looked at the wiring diagram so I don't have the pins memorized but you can look it up. You can also test to see if when actuating the switch you have voltage at the plug.
