This is what the switch looks like. It's in with the other five switches (or blanks) on the center dash fascia.

I had to re-program my BCU to turn on the heated windshield after adding the relay in my 2003 Disco. IIRC, BCU programming is required on the 2003-2004s. Not so on the 1999-2002s. Hence, the relays are different.
