Another probable head gasket, I hope thats all
I just cant win, The hose going from the upper manifold to the expansion chamber is blowing bubbles in the expansion chamber, like the red headed step child blowing bubbles in his milk before he gets wacked. I tried some radiator stop leak K-something in a blue bottle to no avail. Ordered up the head gasket, here I friggin go, but I might get it all back together and have a slipped sleave. If thats the case I have an LT1 sitting in the garage and 5 grand to try to get it to work in the Disco. Am I making a bad, bad decision, again?

Well you have a few choices:
1. Bail
2. Drive this one and build the other motor and swap it in. I would replace the rad, heater core, all hoses and expansion tank since you put that k seal in it
3. Say F-it and stuff LT1 in there
Really though with the cob job someone did to sell it because it was over heating I would be looking for the heart of the issue so you can be sure to fix that. Toss a Chevy in sounds tempting until you start looking at getting it to play nice with the dash board.
