Default Another round of "What is this hose?"

This looks to be a vacuum line coming up from the bottom passenger side but appears to be cut. Does anyone know what this goes to and what it is for?
Off of a 2004 DiscoII with SAI.

I don't know why it is so close to the exhaust manifold (you should try to move it away) but we've had dozens and dozens of this question on this forum and the answer is consistently that it is not a vacuum line, it is a vent tube from the front differential or the transfer case. You could trace it back to its origin to confirm.

I know there is one that I have on the driver side that is terminated into a hose clip, but have not seen one on the passenger side before like the one shown.

Being that's on the passenger side it looks like the AutoTrans Breather Hose. Because it was on the exhaust manifold 1st check that it is not melted shut... and then just cable tie it up behind the valve cover.
