anti lock light on disco 1

Unhappy anti lock light on disco 1

I have an abs amigo have code 022 ECU GRD OR REFERANCE GND BAD looked over plugs at abs modulator found a chaffed wire in harness. Repaired it still have light on can someone give me a few more options to look at not sure how to proceed with trouble shooting.

On a Disco 2 I can duplicate this code when I pull the ABS relay, not sure on a Disco 1 however. So for a D2 it could be a bad relay or ground from the relay.

You might have to have that code cleared before it will turn the light off.
