Default Anti-theft status warning lamp came on while driving?

Well, I took a 646 mile road trip today, just around 600 miles into it the Anti-theft status warning lamp came on and stayed on, constant, and what's even crazier is that it goes off at speeds lower than 45 mph? It was right after a massive rain storm so I'm thinking something got wet? Has anyone ever heard of this? It doesn't appear to have affected anything and I have no codes.

Maybe belt got wet and alternator started slipping?

weird, i have had mine come on while driving, but i assume it is related to battery being connected/disconnected often. i disconnect ground after I park bcause it may be a while before i drive it again, depending on how busy work gets. At times, i have hooked up, got in, started up, driven away and have it flash the whole trip, but never after i kill it and start back up(usually, at the first gas station I come to). if the problem is now gone, i would guess some type of moisture related short? but i am guessing and am mostly an idiot.

Had to have been a moisture related issue. After drying out in the garage over night the light has not come back on.

that's good. please keep us posted if you have to address the issue. i am sure mine is unrelated, but it is troubling to notice a red light, in the dash, while driving.
