Wondering if anyone has cut the air dam off. I know it's constantly done on the pre-03 models, but haven't heard it mentioned for newer ones. Mines is cracked from trails and what not, and I don't have the money to buy an aftermarket one as a student. I do want a better approach angle, however. Anyone brave enough to attempt this yet?

 

i've been tempted to just take all the plastic off my '03. maybe i'll do it this weekend and post some pics.

 

Haha, that would be awesome! I wonder if the black plastic would come off while the painted part stayed. I just ripped my front plate off tonight trying to climb something.

 

Those poor Disco's.... Id give anything just to keep my 04 style bumper.

 

mine was broken and bashed when i bought it. and i'm getting a HLC fab front bumper, and a tactical rover rear as soon as i can talk my wife into spending the money.

 

Just sneak it and don't tell her. They LOVE that. My wife says she loves surprises... "Surprise!"

how do you think i got the OME lift? gotta let things cool for a bit.
