I called the land rover customer hotline about a week ago and asked what the exact date of my warranty expiration. The girl said it expires march 30th. I called again today and the guy said the same thing but then goes Ithink it looks like there is a extended warranty on this vechicle until 2010 and 100,000 miles. I was of course overjoyed, but then the guy actrd like he told me something he should not have and said he would have to check if is transferable. Does anyone know if a extended bought through land rover is transferable or any expirence with this situation. Thanks TOM

 

It is transferable, I can't remember if there is a transfer fee or not.

Mike do you know if I have to have the former owner sign it over or does it just stay with the vechicle, I can't seem to get a answer from LR.
