As some of you know, I was involved in a wreck 3 weeks ago. A lady ran a red light and I hit her broadside. Front end damage on my truck, insurance is totaling it. I'm trying to weigh my options now and wanted to see if there was any interest here for the whole truck.

So, my options are: (A) Take the settlement and let the insurance have it, (B) Keep the truck, and sell it for parts, then scrap the rest, or (C) Keep the truck and sell it as a whole for someone to use for parts.

I'm leaning towards (A) or (C), as I really don't have the time or room to tear parts of the truck.

I'm in Tulsa, OK and could meet someone half way if it's a reasonable distance. I'd have to rent a U-Haul car hauler to meet somewhere. The motor runs fine, it's somewhat driveable. Interior is in pretty good shape. It's a '99 D2, has 203k miles on it.

Well, I told the insurance they could have it. No biggie. I just hated to see it go to a crusher. But, maybe the salvage yard will be able to sell some parts off of it.

This basically, for the most part, ends my time here on the forum. I learned a lot of valuable information on the Disco from several of the members here. I have a few parts laying around in the garage that I'll be selling. I had bought them from members here and never got around to installing them. Once everything settles down and round up the parts in my garage, I'll be sure and let you guys know.
